At BlazePod, we want you to be fully satisfied with your reaction training experience. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

• 2.
  Pack Your Pods

  Securely pack the BlazePod devices, charging bases, and accessories in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
